Today is September 21, 2007 and I am cultivating and keeping the seed of healing that the Word of God is giving me. From a natural standpoint the eye seems no better and I frequently have pain in and around the eye area. Headaches are a norm as well. From this, we all could deduct that I have not harvested the fruit from the Word yet. The good news is that my faith is strong and I continue to trust in the seed and the finished work. I am walking in what I know, and this is not an easy journey. I am grateful for my time with the Lord and I have never been closer to him. I also feel his love on me at times and it is very comforting. Yes, I actually feel his love. It’s strange because I think to myself, if God is this close to where I can feel his love, why is the harvest lingering. I can get down at moments like that, and have to force myself to pull more weeds and keep the soil tender. Friends… this is tough. I appreciate your prayers and I believe these keys and truths that I am finding are bringing about the harvest. I will farm until the harvest manifests or until I cannot farm anymore. No matter what happens I believe that the Word of God is TRUTH! Healing is His will for everyone and in all circumstances, and He has already done it for us. His Word cannot lie and I can rely on His Word for my life (literally). Jesus made the statement that, “Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” I have to believe this. The church has to believe this. We all have to believe this. God loves us and we can trust Him with our lives.
This is the conclusion of this story for now and I have brought you up to date of where I am at today. You can download the entire story here if you want Download the_journey_20032007.doc . I will post from time to time on this journey to keep you all updated as I learn more and experience more.
Blessings to you all.

The question is not with God. It is with us. You ask for the fruit of healing, God responds with saying, I have seed for that and gives you his Word. You ask for the fruit of patience, God responds with saying, I have seed for that and gives you his Word. Patience always seems to be a long harvest. You ask for the fruit of financial blessing for your family, God responds with saying, I have seed for that and gives you his Word. This fifth key and the understanding that the Word of God is in seed form has literally set me free from some mentalities and ties into everything I have learned. The work is finished. Jesus has completed his work for us. It is now our time. I am healed because I have the seed of healing planted in my life, and I will bear fruit with patience one hundred fold. We must be farmers of the Word of God. If we cannot understand the Parable of the Sower how can we understand all the other parables, which many were about the Kingdom of God? If you have the seed, you have the fruit! If you have the baby, you have the adult. The only condition is how you nurture, cultivate, or keep it. You do this poorly and the baby will die, thus never producing the adult. The same goes for the farmers seed and the same will go for your promise in the Word. Farm wisely!

Now lets go back to that dream I had that started all of this. If I have the baby, I have the adult. Well, in light of this new truth and key. If I have the seed I have the fruit. We all know that if you have a cucumber seed and you properly farm it, you will have cucumbers. The cucumbers are in the seed. Just like the cucumber, healing is in the seed as well. Financial blessing is in the seed, Salvation is in the seed. All that God has promised us comes to us first in seed form. It is up to us to receive it (plant it), and then spend time cultivating it, pulling all weeds of doubt and speaking the seed. Speaking the seed is like watering and fertilizing and it keeps your soil tender. Every thing that is promised to us from the word arrives in seed form. Then as we keep it we will bear fruit with patience. The word patience, by its very essence implies a time lapse. A farmer never reaps his harvest the same day he plants the seed. It just takes time. But does the delay mean that there is no harvest. Of course not! We all know that it takes time for a seed to turn into the fruit of what it is designed to be. The crucial part is in the cultivating, and I think that this is where most of us lose our harvest. God always does his part and has done his part. He has provided a never ending supply of seed for us because he wants us to have a huge harvest. Can you imagine what a farmer would think or do if someone told him they were going to give him an endless supply of seed for the rest of his life, and he would never have to pay for any of it? Holy Cow! No pun intended for the farmer. That would be literally AMAZING! This is what our God has done for us. He has given us an endless supply of seed for our lives. Anything that you need in life can be found in the big seed bag called the Word of God. It is our seed for life.

We all know how farming works. The farmer plants the seed, and then he must cultivate it. The cultivating of the seed is the keeping of the seed. He must tend to it and create an ENVIRONMENT OF GROWTH. He must keep the soil tender. He must water the seed. He must fertilize the seed. Then he must keep the seed clear of weeds that choke. Then he must wait patiently for the growth and finally the fulfillment of the seed, which is its fruit. I really hope you are getting this. I am trying to explain it as plainly as I know how. I used to read the bible in fruit form. Now I am reading the bible in seed form. You see, I used to pray for healing and God would answer my prayer by giving me seeds of healing (healing scriptures). When I didnt see the healing, I would pray again, and God would answer my prayer again by giving me seeds of healing. Every time I would read and plant a scripture in my heart concerning healing it was a seed of healing. But since I was looking for fruits of healing I never saw the seeds, and therefore, never cultivated the seeds. I kept asking for healing and God kept giving me seeds, but I wasnt looking for seeds. I was looking for the fruit. I never knew that God was answering my prayer all the time. Mark 11:24 states, therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. This verse made even more sense when I looked at it through the seed form mentality. When I ask for something from the Lord, he gives it to me in seed form, and though I cannot see the manifestation of what I am praying for I have received it. I have received it in seed form.

This past summer somewhere around June of 2007 I awoke from a dream that was very symbolic. I dreamed I was nurturing a baby and made the comment, If I have the baby, I have the adult. It was as if in the dream I was trying to get an adult, but I was given the baby. Upon waking my comment stuck with me. If I have the baby, I have the adult. If I have the baby, I have the adult. I knew that this was pertaining to faith, but I didnt have any scripture to keep this thought in a truth perspective. Where in the bible would this be found? Maybe I had just a stupid dream and it didnt mean anything at all. Many different thoughts can run through your mind during times like this. That day I found myself thinking about the baby being the adult except in seed form. If I have the baby, I have the adult. If I want the adult I must first have the baby. Babies grow up to be adults. I was putting two and two together and then I was drawn to the scripture of the Parable of the Sower. After reading this passage it all came clear, and I saw something that I had never seen before. Its amazing how much you can read something or be familiar with something in the bible and always see something new. The Parable of the Sower was a parable that Jesus said if we didnt understand, then how could we understand anything in the Kingdom of God. There was a key here that once understood we could then learn to understand the rest of the Kingdom principles. We must understand the Parable of the Sower before we can truly understand anything else. Why did Jesus say this? The Parable of the Sower must be very important. More important then we think.
Part of the passage in Luke reads,Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. Those by the wayside are the ones who hear; then the devil comes and takes away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away. Now the ones that fell among thorns are those who, when they have heard, go out and are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity. But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience. Luke 8:11:15
As I studied this passage it hit me. The Word of God comes to us in seed form, not fruit form. The fulfillment of the Word of God is the fruit. This passage tells us that the Word of God is SEED. Please stop here think about this. It is seed. The Word of God is seed. The seed is not the fruit. You must plant the seed and then this passage says that you must keep it and then you will bear fruit with patience. In the other passages where this Parable is located (Mark 4 & Matt 13) it gives more light into that we will bear fruit some thirty, some sixty, and some a hundred fold. The amount of the fruit you receive will depend on the amount you keep it. What does keep it mean? This is a very important step, and a step that I believe stops most from receiving their fruit or in other words the fulfillment of the Word of God in their lives. Remember the passage says that we are to receive the Word of God, then we are to keep the Word of God, and then we will bear the fruit of the Word of God with patience. Dont overlook the word patience.

This is my journey. I am glad you have come along. I am standing on the finished work. Do not merely expect me to be healed. Believe that I am healed. Stand with me in that. Stand with me that I already have my healing, and I am just waiting on the manifestation. This is not semantics. This is choosing to believe the Word of God and not accept current circumstances as ultimate truth. This is choosing faith. Every day of this journey I see God. Every day I see life. I see life in the air I breathe or in the water I drink. I see it in my wifes eyes. I see it in the neighborhood children playing outside. I see it with co workers and friends.
In the next few days I will finish this story and bring you all up to date with my current status and the faith that is "ever increasing". It will be about a fifth and final "key" that has literally blown me away. I cannot wait to share it in hopes that it will bless you as much as it has me.

The appointed time for healing is now. Believers do not need healing in heaven, they need it now. I have come to know this as truth even though I may not have seen it manifest yet in my body. I will proclaim my healing just as I would proclaim my salvation, and I will believe both until both are manifested. This has helped me tremendously since now I am not waiting for a future day to get healed. I no longer have to pursue the mighty evangelist with the healing ministry for them to lay their hands on me so that I can get healed. I have already got it. I was healed 2000 years ago, but came to the realization of it on February 5th 2007.
As for the dreams that I was having — I have come to some understanding. I believe that the lions in my dreams represented fear or the devil creating fear. The lions never attacked me in the dreams they just prowled around and I was always fearful of them in my dreams. Remember, the devil goes around as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). The snakes represented temptation or the devil bringing temptation. After this last dream with a snake in it, just two days ago I found myself fighting unbelief. I was being tempted to give up and doubt God. The good thing about this last dream was that I was stomping the snakes head and killing it.
The tornadoes in my dreams I am still seeking clarity, but I believe they may simply represent the storms of my life. There is nothing too deep here with these interpretations, but sometimes I over analyze things and make them more complicated than they are. The last tornado dream I had was a couple of weeks ago. I stood at the window looking out at the tornado coming towards me, and I spoke to the tornado commanding it to dissolve. I then promptly jumped under a couch! Dreams are funny, but I did get something out of this one. The speaking to the tornado was offensive and the jumping under the couch was defensive. This was the very same thing I was doing with this physical battle in my eye. The confessing and believing of the Word was offensive and the diet was defensive. Sometimes we have to do a combination of things on our journey to healing. It can be a battle, and battles require strategies.

I have been studying quite heavily Andrew Wommacks teachings on healing and what Jesus has already done. I am also digesting this truth of the finished work and realizing more and more that the devil is a liar. The devil only has access to our lives through our lack of knowledge of the truth. Once the truth is known, temptation to believe otherwise is futile. For example, if I proclaimed cherries were blue. People who know about cherries would not be tempted to believe that. Satan only has access where we lack knowledge. This is why it is so important to know the truth. The truth will set anyone free.
I recommend two series from Andrew Wommacks ministry for anyone dealing with health issues in life. The first is titled, You Already Got It and the other is God Wants You Well. They are free from his ministry, as are all of his teachings.
Let me give a small summary of the Keys that I have mentioned. The first key was that healing was the childrens bread. This gave me an understanding that it was Gods will for me to be healed. It helped me come from the idea that God could heal me to God would heal me. The second key was in Jeremiah 17:7-8 that if I trust in Him my leaf would be green. This helped me to trust the Lord that He would take care of my physical body no matter what the trial seemed like. The third key was in Psalms 103:1-5, when I noticed healing and forgiveness were in the same verse. I knew then that healing and forgiveness were packaged together in redemption, and that if God was not going to heal me then he would not forgive me either. Since I knew that He would forgive me, this gave me an understanding that he would also heal me. The fourth key helped bring all three keys together and gave me a slight adjustment. Not only was it Gods will for me to be healed, and not only would I be healed if I trusted in Him, and not only was forgiveness and healing in the same package, but God had ALREADY healed me and I had already received the package.
This package is the redemption package. I was trusting and waiting for God to heal me and I knew that he would, what I did not understand was that it had already been done, and I had to stand on this truth until manifestation. This idea is just like our salvation. When we receive salvation, can we give proof of our salvation? No, we cannot. Our salvation will manifest at the appointed time, and that is when we physically die here on earth. Salvation manifestation will kick in, and we will spend eternity in heaven with Jesus. Until that appointed time, believers go around telling people that they are saved and never think twice about it. Of course, we do change many life habits in the course of living out our earthly salvation, but actual eternal life in heaven will not begin until death.

On March 4th 2007 I wrote the following……..Today is March 4th, 2007 approximately one month later and the eye is getting better every day. There is just a touch of sensitivity left and I am rejoicing in the truth that I had found. Even though the sensitivity is going away, I still cannot see out of the eye and as far as the cancer goes the symptoms are still there. This remains a journey of identity and I am learning who I am in Christ by understanding what He did for me. I wish I could proclaim that the manifestation of what Jesus has done for me has happened, but for all natural purposes it has not. I know that I was healed, and it was revealed to me on February 5th, 2007. I will confess and believe it until the manifestation. It will happen and I do believe.
